Born in Brazil but raised in Venezuela, the USA and Switzerland, Cristian is fluent in 5 languages. He is an environmental philanthropist and an avid believer that the future is electric.

Besides being one of the visionaries behind GenZ, Cristian is also the co-founder of KeyFetch, an innovative F&I solution provider counting hundreds of dealerships as its customers.

Dale has 30+ years of legal and international business experience in Latin America, the U.S., Europe, and Japan. Dale was appointed as the first General Counsel for Nissan's Latin America Region, and was instrumental in the formation and growth of that Region. He also has served in senior executive positions in the food, confectionery, and telecommunications industries, including SVP/Regional Legal Director Europe and VP/General Counsel Latin America at Cadbury plc. Dale has lived in Argentina, Brazil, and Switzerland, and is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.

Raised in the Middle East & India, Wasim is a specialist in products, technology & online operations. He brings in expertise working within start-ups and products in niche markets. He has over 22 years of experience in product innovation, design & development and project management.

Born and raised in France, John spent most of his career on Wall Street. John is an innovator, always looking for bespoke solutions to solve modern problems.

He and co-founder Cristian Stenstrom were college roommates at Bucknell University before founding KeyFetch and GenZ together. John lives in London.

Born in Switzerland and raised in Brazil and the USA, Matt has spent over a decade in various roles across the financial spectrum, including consulting, fundraising, lending, investing, and trading.

With an extensive financial background and a passion for both entrepreneurship and automobiles, Matt brings analytical expertise to GenZ EV. He manages business finances, and also develops unique implementation strategies to help GenZ EV and their clients achieve their electrification goals.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Jason Scott is the driving force behind GenZ’s “by dealers, for dealers” philosophy. A long-time dealer principal who entered the automotive industry directly out of law school, Jason brings an unparalleled, firsthand understanding of the daily operational and financial pressures his partners face.

He leverages that frontline experience to architect the innovative, profit-centric solutions he wished he’d had in his own stores. Jason’s core mission is to empower dealerships by transforming the vehicles other providers ignore—such as high-mileage, EV, branded title, and rideshare units—into their most valuable assets. Under his leadership, GenZ delivers fully-branded programs designed to boost VSC penetration, drive service loyalty, and accelerate the trade cycle, all while making the dealer the undisputed hero of every sale.

A Michigan native, Bill has over 30 years of automotive experience, including automotive retail and developing partnerships with OEMs.
